This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. Parmer County Warrant Records is privately operated. It cannot check an official system, confirm a warrant, accept payment, set a court date, recall process, or provide legal advice. Contact the issuing court or the Sheriff’s Office directly.
Need Official Warrant Information?
Choose the office named on the citation or case paper. The court controls its warrant and can explain the current status, balance, and next appearance.
- Sheriff-held records: Parmer County Sheriff, 300 4th Street, Farwell, 806-481-3303. The front office lists Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.; these are general office hours, not warrant-counter hours. No online warrant list or dedicated warrant line was located. Sheriff contact page.
- Written Sheriff request: the form requires picture ID, lets you choose pickup, mail, fax, or email, and states ten business days with possible extra time. Use “Other Report” for an existing warrant record. Open Records Request form.
- District or county case: District Clerk, 401 3rd Street, second floor, 806-481-3419; County Clerk, 401 3rd Street, 806-481-3691. County Clerk hours are Mon-Thu 8:30-5 and Fri 8:30-3. The offices hold different records.
- JP citation: JP1, Friona, 806-250-2412; JP2, Bovina, 806-251-1356; JP3, Farwell, 806-481-9964. JP2 hours vary across county pages, so call before visiting. JP court directory.
- City citation: Friona Municipal Court, 617 Main Street, 806-250-2198, Mon-Fri 9-5; Bovina Municipal Court, 205 North Street, 806-251-1116, Mon-Thu 9-11:30 and 12:30-5; Farwell Municipal Court, 806-481-3620, with hours not found in the official directory.
- License-renewal notice: ask the court that reported an FTA/FTP matter, then use the official DPS program contact. DPS staff cannot confirm whether a warrant exists; OmniBase is not a warrant search.
For a Farwell city matter, the state directory gives 806-481-3620 and cityoffarwell@yahoo.com, but no public portal. For online city records, Friona links official PDFs and Bovina offers a citation search. A records request should ask for an existing document, not legal research or an opinion about what a warrant means.
